Jiloa Juniors Playgroup
Jiloa Juniors is a playgroup for ages 0 – 4 held at Devonport Christian School from 8:45am to 10:45am each Friday morning during the school term.
Children and their carers are invited to come along and play in a friendly and safe environment.
Jiloa Juniors is a perfect introduction to a child’s education journey and is designed to ease the transition to formal school.
Not only is your child able to learn through social interaction, but parents too have an opportunity to meet other carers.
Additionally, Jiloa Juniors offers parents an introduction to life at Devonport Christian School and its community.
If you would like to join us at Jiloa Juniors, please call us on 6423 1373 or drop in to 3-11 Jiloa Way, on Friday morning between 8:45am and 10:45am.
Please bring along a snack and drink for your child, as well as a sun hat during the warmer weather.
We do ask that all carers bring a piece of fruit to share and your own drink.
You and your child are already so welcome and we can’t wait to meet you!
Little Sprouts
Little Sprouts is a playgroup for ages 3 and 4 held at Devonport Christian School from 8:45am to 10:15am each Thursday morning during school term.
Using all the natural resources DCS has to offer, and guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, children learn through play and hands on exploring in nature to develop important developmental skills such as communication, early numeracy recognition and confidence and involvement in learning.
Held every Thursday during school term, Little Sprouts is a great opportunity for preschool children and parents to become familiar with the DCS environment and community. Children begin to recognise and experience what it is like being in a school, helping them to be better prepared for when they start Kindergarten.
Please bring along a drink for your child, and a hat during the warmer weather.
